We strive to recruit the best talent in the industry and give employees opportunities for continuing education and training to help them advance in their careers.\n\nConduct regular multi-site building tours, inspections, identifying needs and executing corrective action and/or coordinating with management and outside contractors\nPrioritize daily multi-site maintenance duties and a variety of multi-site general services including but not limited to setting up or breaking down of equipment, grounds maintenance, moving furniture, general errands and basic electrical, plumbing, heating/ventilation, roofing and painting\nProvide recommendations and support in monitoring facility-wide physical security \nCollaborate with the management regarding card access, video surveillance, mechanical equipment and fire protection systems maintenance and operation\nManage minor capital plan projects\nRequires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed\nComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.\nProtect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.\nMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and/or participating in professional societies.\nContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation/Certifications:\nNo minimum education required\n\nExperience:\n2+ years of related experience; working in office and factory environment with appropriate conversation and appearance\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nGeneral electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills\n\nMechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair equipment and systems\n\nWorking knowledge of Building Automation Systems\n\nGood computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office\n\nKnowledge of general workplace safety procedures\n\nAbility to assemble furniture with hand or power tools\n\nOther:\nReliable transportation and valid driver’s license; ability to work weekend and off-shift hours\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience: Security, General Maintenance\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nCommunication and interpersonal skills\n\nThe pay range for this position is $16.73 - $25.56/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
