We strive to recruit the best talent in the industry and give employees opportunities for continuing education and training to help them advance in their careers.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPerform facility and building maintenance including: plumbing, mechanical, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and preventive and predictive facility maintenance\nLearn to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment such as welding robots, fabrication equipment, hoists, lift tables, cranes, paint booths, etc\nFollows lock-out and tag-out procedures as needed to ensure safe work practices\nAssists with dismantling of machinery and replace defective parts\nLogs all service work performed, recording downtime during repair and accounting for equipment service requests\nPerform Lean and 5S functions related to maintenance\nDrive a forklift and maintain necessary certification\nOperate cranes, hoists, and aerial lifts\nComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.\nProtect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.\nMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.\nContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n1+ years of related experience or an associates degree in Industrial Maintenance\nFamiliarity with safety standards and regulations\nPreferred Qualifications: Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance. Working knowledge of manufacturing machines, cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment\n\nThe pay range for this position is $19.04 - $29.06/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
