We strive to recruit the best talent in the industry and give employees opportunities for continuing education and training to help them advance in their careers.\n\n$2000 Sign on Bonus when you join our team!\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerform simple fitting and/or mechanical type assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipment\nOperate cranes and hoists or lift tables\nPerform basic inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards\nIdentify product defects and report on issues to appropriate personnel\nKeep accurate production records/logs etc.\nComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.\nProtect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.\nMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.\nContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nNo minimum education required\nNo prior experience required \nAbility to read tape measure and blueprints\nBasic understanding of mechanical concepts/mechanical aptitude \nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds\nAbility to stand, walk, and sit up\nAbility to use hand to finger, handle, and feel\nAbility to climb and balance\nAbility to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl\nAbility to reach with hands and arms\nAbility to see, talk, and hear\n\nThe pay range for this position is $17.93 - $25.76/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
