Our flagship brands, LiftMaster® and Chamberlain®, are found in 51+ million homes, and 14 million+ people rely on the myQ® app daily.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nAcquire knowledge regarding a clean and safe working environment, safety, security, company and 6S standards in the distribution center\nPerform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality\nOperate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner in order ensure little to no accidents\nFollow all visual aids with the distribution center in order maximize safety, quality, and productivity\nContribute process suggestions in order to continuously improve warehouse operations\nIdentify deviations in the process and immediately notify supervisor in order to correct issue\nFully contribute in continuous improvement events to improve operations\nReport company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occur in order to minimize safety risk\nThis position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.\nComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams\nProtect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential\nMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies\nContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent or equivalent experience\n0-2 years of relevant work experience\nAbility to Read and Write in English\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds\nAbility to stand, walk, and sit up\nAbility to use hand to finger, handle, or feel\nAbility to climb or balance\nAbility to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl\nAbility to reach with hands and arms\nAbility to talk or hear\n\nThe pay range for this position is $16.88 - $24.23/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
