solutions, and prepare detailed, accurate proposals. \nClose sales while developing and maintaining strong, trust-based customer relationships. \nStay current on industry trends, products, equipment, and technologies. \nConsistently meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations. \nCollaborate with office staff, technicians, and management to ensure accuracy and efficiency in estimates and proposals. \nProvide customers with timely updates regarding proposals, parts, scheduling, and the status of their service or repair needs. \nSupport the Customer Service team by assisting with incoming phone calls as needed and ensuring customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. \nDemonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills while effectively managing multiple priorities.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of related experience preferred. \nStrong knowledge of the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industries. \nStrong sales and customer service skills. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nStrong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, email correspondence, data entry, and typing. \nAbility to learn and efficiently navigate company software and technology. \nStrong attention to detail and accuracy. \nDependable, trustworthy, and professional in appearance and manner.\n\nWork
