team, and ensure that our Cloud, Data, and AI deployments meet our high bar for pragmatic excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngineering delivery: Own day-to-day engineering delivery across multiple strategic client engagements and internal platform initiatives, ensuring that tasks are clear, prioritized, and progressing.\nLead, mentor, and grow teams: Building a culture of ownership, craft, and continuous improvement while increasing team autonomy, efficiency, and effectiveness.\nCollaborate closely with product and technical leadership to break down, scope, and plan complex technical projects across our AI, GCP, and Web3 domains.\nIdentify and maintain high standards: Ensure excellent code quality, system performance, and maintainability by establishing best practices and guiding architectural decisions.\nEnsure momentum: Proactively identify risks and escalate them early, improving team processes so that our delivery becomes faster and more predictable.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\n 5+ years of software engineering experience with prior experience formally leading developers, managing teams, or owning end-to-end technical delivery.\nStrong foundation in system design, cloud architecture (preferably GCP), and backend engineering.\nDemonstrated experience building and shipping production-quality code in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.\nActive daily use of AI-enabled coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code) to accelerate development workflows and increase throughput.\nActive Google Cloud certifications, or willingness to obtain within one month of joining.\nCuriosity, experimentation with latest technologies, and bias for action.\nU.S. Citizen\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience scaling engineering teams in high-growth startups or professional services companies.\nBackground in managing teams working on AI/ML pipelines, LLM
