This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, brand storytelling, and demand generation who wants to grow their skills in a dynamic B2B tech environment. You’ll support marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, social media, events, and analytics to help drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.\nWhat You’ll Do\n Support development of marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, web). \n Produce and edit content including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and other collateral. \n Assist with social media scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. \n Help maintain the company website and Salesforce/CRM marketing lists. \n Conduct competitive and market research to inform strategy. \n Support event planning and execution (virtual and in-person). \n Track and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance. \n Collaborate across teams (GTM, Engineering, Sales Engineering) to align on messaging. \nRequirements\nWho You Are\n Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or relevant experience. \n Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail. \n Familiarity with digital marketing basics (SEO, email marketing, social platforms). \n Comfortable using analytics tools and translating data into insights. \n Highly organized with strong attention to detail. \n Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced start-up team environment. \nNice to Have\n Experience with CRM/marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). \n Graphic design or content tools experience (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite). \n Exposure to B2B tech marketing or consulting environments.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nHybrid work environment (MWF in-person in our Reston office)\nA collaborative and innovative work environment\nContinuous learning and development opportunities\nApply\nApply below with a brief note/cover letter explaining why this role is the right fit for you.
