Описание

Команда маршрутизации в умной поддержке отвечает за то, чтобы все обращения клиентов попадали на сотрудника, который сможет помочь лучше всего. Внутри - алгоритмы, ML и много-много интеграций. Сейчас мы ищем человека, который усилит команду в первую очередь в части обработки звонков. Одной из важнейших задач на первое время будет являться поддержка сервиса, находящегося в самом сердце обработки всех входящих звонков клиентов. Параллельный стрим - переработка маршрутизации звонков и чатов и унификация процесса, для того, чтобы маршрутизация стала омниканальной. Существующая маршрутизация звонков написана на Java, поэтому опыт разработки на ней нам также очень важен.

Обязанности

  • Разработка и поддержка сервисов команды маршрутизации
  • Участие в проработке архитектуры
  • Проработка и реализация технических задач

Требования

  • Опыт разработки на языке Golang или желание перейти на Golang с Java
  • Важен опыт разработки на Java
  • Опыт работы с базами данных
  • Опыт работы с брокерами сообщений: Kafka, etc
  • Application infrastructure: VCS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Observability
