Работаем с входящими и целевыми лидами, консультируем по выбору автомобиля и условиям покупки, сопровождаем клиента до принятия решения и завершения оформления.

Чем предстоит заниматься

  • Консультировать клиентов по автомобилям и условиям приобретения, выявлять потребности и подбирать подходящий автомобиль
  • Презентовать предложение по телефону, рассчитывать условия покупки с учетом автокредита и трейд-ина
  • Работать с возражениями клиентов и сопровождать их до сделки
  • Проводить повторные звонки, работать в CRM и выполнять плановые показатели продаж

Кого мы ищем

  • У вас есть опыт работы в автобизнесе, банковских продуктах, страховании или недвижимости от 1 года
  • Имеете навыки продаж и телефонных переговоров
  • Знаете этапы продаж
  • Умеете работать в CRM-системе
  • Умеете выстраивать доверительные отношения с клиентами и вести одновременно несколько клиентов
  • Умеете доступно объяснять сложную информацию и работать с возражениями
  • Будет плюсом опыт работы в продажах в автосалоне и с кредитными продуктами
