Основные задачи:

  • Анализировать продуктовые метрики и пользовательское поведение в сервисах платежей и переводов
  • Формулировать гипотезы по улучшению продуктов, проводить A/B-тесты и оценивать их результаты
  • Выявлять точки роста и предлагать решения для повышения эффективности и удобства сервисов
  • Собирать и структурировать требования к продукту на основе данных и обратной связи пользователей
  • Готовить отчеты, визуализации и презентации для стейкхолдеров

Требования:

  • Опыт работы продуктовым аналитиком от 3 лет в финтехе, e-commerce или смежных сферах
  • Глубокое понимание продуктовой аналитики: знание метрик, построение воронок, когортный анализ
  • Уверенное владение SQL, опыт работы с BI-системами (Tableau, Power BI и др.)
  • Навыки проведения A/B-тестов и интерпретации их результатов
  • Умение формулировать выводы на основе данных и доносить их до команды
  • Опыт работы с большими объемами данных и построения отчетности
  • Будет плюсом: опыт в домене платежей, переводов, налично-денежного обращения
