Your work will directly influence the efficiency and intelligence of our client platforms, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve high-stakes business problems for global clients.\n\n- Lead the development of Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks to automate complex workflows and enhance operational productivity.\n\n- Design and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve natural language understanding and generation capabilities within proprietary applications.\n\n- Collaborate with data engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure the seamless integration and scalability of AI models in production environments.\n\n- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the AI practice.\n\n- Present technical strategies and project outcomes to senior stakeholders to align AI initiatives with broader business objectives.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning models using Python and modern deep learning frameworks.\n\n- Proven ability to architect solutions leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI to solve real-world enterprise challenges.\n\n- Deep technical proficiency in NLP and LLM development, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.\n\n- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.\n\n- A minimum of 8 -
