This role works closely with product owners, business stakeholders, quality assurance teams, and other developers to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions. The ideal candidate is a software engineer who can independently deliver features, contribute to technical design discussions, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve their technical skills and development practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nSoftware Development\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain applications, APIs, services, and software components.\nDevelop solutions using modern software engineering principles and development best practices.\nTranslate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.\nParticipate in application design and technical solution discussions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production support incidents.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and support documentation.\nCollaboration & Agile Delivery\nCollaborate with product owners, business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.\nProvide accurate estimates and deliver committed work within sprint objectives.\nWork effectively with both local and remote team members across multiple time zones.\nQuality & Continuous Improvement\nParticipate in peer code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding standards and software quality.\nDevelop and execute unit tests and support automated testing efforts.\nFollow source control, branching, and deployment processes.\nContinuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.\nContribute to ongoing improvements in development processes, tools, and team standards.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n2-5 years of professional software development experience.\nExperience developing applications using C# and .NET.\nExperience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries.\nExperience using Git-based source control systems.\nExperience working within Agile software development teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing RESTful APIs and web services.\nExperience with ASP.NET Core and modern .NET development practices.\nExperience building Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular or similar frameworks.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.\nExperience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks.\nExperience developing and supporting enterprise-scale software applications.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nTechnical Knowledge\nKnowledge of modern software development methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).\nKnowledge of object-oriented design and programming principles.\nKnowledge of cloud-based application development and deployment concepts.\nKnowledge of responsive web design principles.\nKnowledge of application security, performance optimization, and maintainability best practices.\nKnowledge of database design and SQL development.\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency in C# and .NET development.\nProficiency in SQL and database querying.\nProficiency with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design techniques.\nAbility to develop and consume REST APIs and web services.\nAbility to use source control systems and collaborative development workflows.\nProfessional Skills\nAbility to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
