What sets us apart is our expertise, experience and commitment.\nEach day we dedicate ourselves to treating each other, our customers and our community with care and respect.\nOverview\nResponsible for safely executing operations of In-Line Inspection (ILI) equipment during service work assignments to achieve satisfactory completion of the job and assigned task.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to:\nEnsure ILI equipment, tools, and assets are properly cleaned, maintained, and built to enable successful completion of ILI projects, meeting and/or exceeding the expectations of clients, field technicians, and equipment coordinator.\nDisassemble and clean ILI equipment, tools, assets, and components in preparation for component maintenance, applying appropriate cleaning procedures based on the specific tool type.\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical assets at the individual component level.\nConduct thorough recertification assessments of sensors, ensuring compliance with quality standards and performance specifications.\nAssist service center technicians and field technicians by preparing, loading, and unloading ILI equipment, tools, assets, and support equipment for shipping and receiving as directed by leadership\nComplete tasks under the supervision of a qualified service center technician, supervisor or manager.\nRecommend upgrades and modifications to improve asset performance.\nComply with all T.D. Williamson (TDW) policies and requirements.\nPerform any business-related task as directed by leadership.\nCoordinate with global training and support for ongoing training.\nComplete and pass all training courses, modules and bulletins assigned.\nPerform housekeeping and maintenance assignments set by leadership.\nMaintain inventory control of electronic and mechanical components.\nCollaborate with production, engineering, and global training and support to obtain new product information and troubleshoot design and/or testing issues.\nMaintain professional attitude and behavior when communicating and interacting with both internal and external customers.\nFollow HSE policy by applying the instructions and procedures of the HSE manual, by participating actively in the Hazards and (Near-miss) Incident Identification and by behaving safely.\nPerform HSE tasks as required by TDW policy and/or directed by leadership.\nFollow all HSE policies and requirements to perform work safely.\nFollow directives of the Quality System (ISO 9001:2015) chosen by applying the instructions and procedures of the system as specified in the documents of: Quality Manual, Quality System Procedures, and Instructions.\nWork requires traveling up to 20.0% of the time, including overnight stays.\nExperience\nHigh School Diploma required.\nAssociate and/or bachelor’s degree in electronics preferred.\nCertificate of completion in an electronics discipline preferred.\nPrior electronics experience preferred.\nSuccessful completion of IPC (Association Connecting Electronics Industries) training courses: Electronics Assembly for Operators, Wire Harness Assembly for Operators, and J Standard Course preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nWorking knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within electronic technology.\nWorking knowledge of electronic digital and analog circuits and hardware, firmware and software used in data logging applications.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.\nDemonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to safely and properly use hand tools and small power tools used in the fabrication of electro-mechanical devices.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent analytical skills.\nExcellent attention to detail including a strong sense of urgency.\nAbility to work as a team.\nAbility to interpret information, isometric drawings, and electronic data.\nAbility to sit, walk, and stand for up to eight (8) hours per day.\nStrong hand and eye coordination with the ability to manipulate small electronic and mechanical assemblies.\nAbility to lift and hold up to 50lbs.\nAbility to speak English
