Overview

Rattachée à l’équipe Ressources Humaines, la/le stagiaire participe à la gestion administrative du personnel et apporte un support quotidien aux activités RH du site.

Key Responsibilities / Principales missions

  • Participer à la gestion administrative des dossiers du personnel, des entrées et sorties.
  • Assurer le suivi des visites médicales, des périodes d’essai et des absences.
  • Mettre à jour les bases de données RH, les dossiers et les différents tableaux de suivi.
  • Contribuer à l’administration et au suivi des formations, certifications obligatoires et matrice des compétences.
  • Participer aux communications RH et à la mise à jour des affichages obligatoires.
  • Apporter un support aux collaborateurs dans leurs demandes administratives.
  • Assurer un support de premier niveau sur Workday.
  • Participer aux différents projets RH et apporter un soutien administratif à la Direction.
  • Assurer le classement, l’archivage et la bonne tenue des documents RH.

Experience / Profil recherché

  • Une première expérience en RH, administration ou gestion du personnel est un plus.
  • Formation en cours - Ressources Humaines, Administration ou domaine similaire.
  • Intérêt pour la gestion administrative RH et le fonctionnement d’un environnement industriel.
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Organisation, rigueur et sens du détail.
  • Bonnes capacités relationnelles et sens du service.
  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité des informations RH.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Excel.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et capacité à apprendre rapidement de nouveaux systèmes, notamment Workday.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec l’équipe RH.
