What sets us apart is our expertise, experience and commitment.\nEach day we dedicate ourselves to treating each other, our customers and our community with care and respect.\nOverview\nRattachée à l’équipe Ressources Humaines, la/le stagiaire participe à la gestion administrative du personnel et apporte un support quotidien aux activités RH du site.\nKey Responsibilities / Principales missions\nParticiper à la gestion administrative des dossiers du personnel, des entrées et sorties.\nAssurer le suivi des visites médicales, des périodes d’essai et des absences.\nMettre à jour les bases de données RH, les dossiers et les différents tableaux de suivi.\nContribuer à l’administration et au suivi des formations, certifications obligatoires et matrice des compétences.\nParticiper aux communications RH et à la mise à jour des affichages obligatoires.\nApporter un support aux collaborateurs dans leurs demandes administratives.\nAssurer un support de premier niveau sur Workday.\nParticiper aux différents projets RH et apporter un soutien administratif à la Direction.\nAssurer le classement, l’archivage et la bonne tenue des documents RH.\nExperience / Profil recherché\nUne première expérience en RH, administration ou gestion du personnel est un plus.\nFormation en cours - Ressources Humaines, Administration ou domaine similaire.\nIntérêt pour la gestion administrative RH et le fonctionnement d’un environnement industriel.\nLa maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nOrganisation, rigueur et sens du détail.\nBonnes capacités relationnelles et sens du service.\nDiscrétion et respect de la confidentialité des informations RH.\nBonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Excel.\nAisance avec les outils informatiques et capacité à apprendre rapidement de nouveaux systèmes, notamment Workday.\nCapacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec l’équipe RH.\nStage longue durée -
