aspects of a project.\n\nEscalation point for IT Operational issues related to server infrastructure environments.\n\nUse system orchestration tools and techniques to facilitate automated and consistent configurations, management, testing, deployment, and operations of physical and virtual devices within the network.\n\nIdentify and resolve issues by troubleshooting local and cloud infrastructure.\n\nMaintain connectivity and virtual connections to public clouds such as Azure and AWS.\n\nWork with others in creating system strategy and architecture.\n\nCommunicate with network users as needed.\n\nExperience\nBachelor's degree in computer science or information systems and five (5) to ten (10) years of customer-facing support experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.\n\nExperience in network design and administration.\n\nExperience working with WAN and SD-WAN implementation.\n\nExperience working with Azure network design and implementation.\n\nExperience working with Cisco network equipment.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of the following technologies:\nWindows 10, 11, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022/2025\n\nActive Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Microsoft SCCM or Endpoint Management (Intune), Azure Arc\n\nAzure, EntraID, and Azure Automation.\n\nVMware and Hyper-V virtualization\n\nPowerShell\n\nKnowledge of TCP/IP network design.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate task management priorities and issues.\n\nExcellent troubleshooting skills, including the ability to learn new technologies.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.\n\nAbility to influence and motivate
