an experienced Supplier Quality & Development Engineer to lead supplier quality improvement initiatives, supplier qualification, audits, development of suppliers and corrective action programs.\nThe role will work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products while driving supplier performance and capability development.\nKey Responsibilities\nQualify, audit, and develop suppliers.\nLead supplier NCR, SCAR, and corrective action activities.\nConduct supplier capability assessments and process audits.\nSupport FAI/FAA, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and supplier validation activities.\nMonitor supplier quality KPIs, DPPM, FPY, delivery performance, and cost of poor quality.\nDrive root cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why, and other problem-solving tools.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality issues and support new product development. \nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Supplier Development.\nStrong knowledge of machining, forging, welding, fabrication, heat treatment, surface treatment and inspection processes.\nExperience with ISO 9001, ASME, ASTM, FAI, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and Lean Six Sigma tools.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems. \nPreferred\nASQ certification.\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.\nISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA hands-on quality
