Responsibilities\nPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to:\nSupports the quality department by performing and recording NDE measurements\nPlans, performs and follows up MT, PT & RFI on TDW products in the Tulsa Manufacturing Plant\nEstablish non-conformity reports when necessary\nIs responsible for the necessary administration of maintaining various databases, reports and files to support the QC function\nTake all actions to keep tools and instruments in conformity with the ISO procedures and QA / QC recommendations\nIdentifies improvement opportunities within process, equipment and tools\nEnsures that products containing non-conformity are quarantined in designated areas\nProvides and archives technical data (codes and standards) and records to increase customer satisfaction\nSupplies technical assistance (defect detection, acceptance and rejection) to the manufacturing department by making NDE controls\nExperience\nExperience in welding processes (as welder or as inspector) preferred\nExperience in Quality Control is required\n3 to 5 years of relevant experience required\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nGood knowledge in machine design, machining, drawings and QC activities\nMust be able to obtain MT, PT & RFI certifications\nPhysical Requirements*\nCan lift up to 50 lbs\nProlonged periods of standing or walking throughout the shift\nFrequent bending, stooping, and squatting to pick up items or load/unload products\nReaching overhead or across distances to grab items\nRepetitive use of hands and arms moving and adjusting parts and tools\nVisual acuity for reading labels, scanners, or displays, as well as ensuring safety\nAbility to sustain physical effort for the duration of shifts, which can be long, especially during peak periods\n*These requirements can vary depending on the specific type of equipment used or job
