What sets us apart is our expertise, experience and commitment.\nEach day we dedicate ourselves to treating each other, our customers and our community with care and respect.\nKey Responsibilities\nLogistics & Transportation\nManage the movement of tools, equipment, materials, and inventory between service centers and customer locations.\nCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation planning and inventory management.\nOptimize logistics processes to reduce inventory carrying costs and transportation expenses.\nExecute reverse logistics activities for returning assets and inventory to headquarters or suppliers.\nEnsure accurate shipment quantities, documentation, and delivery schedules.\nEstablish and maintain alternative sources for machining, modification services, and consumable inventory.\nInventory Management & Control\nMaintain secure, organized, and accurate inventory records.\nConduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory systems.\nManage raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods, tools, and service assets.\nAnalyze inventory levels and coordinate with operational, production, and sales requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and utilization.\nImport / Export & Customs Compliance\nAdminister international movement of goods in compliance with local, Mexican, U.S., and international customs regulations.\nPrepare, review, approve, and maintain import/export documentation, including:Customs declarations\nCommercial invoices\nPacking lists\nPurchase Orders (POs)\nShipper’s Letter of Instruction (SLI)\nShipper’s Export Declarations (SED)\nBills of Lading (BOL)\nAir Waybills (AWB)\nImport Certificates (IC)\n\nEnsure shipment values, country of origin information, and supporting documentation are accurate and compliant.\nServe as the primary liaison between customs authorities, freight forwarders, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.\nMonitor and ensure compliance with all applicable trade, import, export, and customs regulations.\nPurchasing & Procurement\nIssue and track intercompany purchase orders.\nProcess procurement requests and purchase requisitions.\nSource materials, products, and services while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery.\nManage vendor communications and resolve procurement-related issues.\nEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.\nIdentify and implement procurement process improvements. \nRelationships & Communication\nWork closely with Service Center leadership, Scheduling, Engineering, Field Technicians, Shop Technicians, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Logistics, Shipping/Receiving, and Project Managers.\nCollaborate with international customers, suppliers, subsidiaries, regulatory agencies, and customs authorities.\nCustomer Focus\nEnsure equipment and materials are available on time and in excellent condition.\nMaintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and service delivery.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.\nHigh School Diploma with equivalent relevant experience required.\nExperience\n Valid Mexican Customs Broker License (Patente Aduanal) preferred\nMinimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or planning.\nMinimum 5 years of inventory management experience.\nMinimum 5 years of international shipping and import/export coordination experience preferred.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in the pipeline, oil & gas, industrial services, or related industries preferred.\nExperience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints preferred.\nRequired Skills\nStrong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, procurement, and international trade compliance.\nAdvanced problem-solving and organizational skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and work in a demanding environment.\nProficiency with ERP and database systems.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAdvanced English and Spanish language skills both written and verbal required.
