What sets us apart is our expertise, experience and commitment.\nEach day we dedicate ourselves to treating each other, our customers and our community with care and respect.\nOverview\nSupervises the Global Credit Risk Team\nResponsibilities:\nTeam\nLeads a Team of Global Credit Analysts\nManages customer risk reviews.\nProvides direction for risk mitigation\nConducts monthly one-on-ones with direct reports\nProvides real-time feedback to the team and Management on at-risk customers.\nCollaborates with PMs, Sales, and in-country Finance teams on Global Credit evaluations.\nRisk Review\nEffectively uses industry and finance guidelines to make decisions, assess, monitor, and respond to customer credit risk\nIdentifies, logs, reports, and monitors the degree and nature of risk involved in extending uncollateralized and open credit accounts by performing financial and historical reviews of each customer\nEvaluates and communicates the level of creditworthiness of applicants\nSolves and communicates critical account financial matters with key stakeholders\nReviews MSA's, Contracts, systems, reports, and historical data to assist the customer's accounts and transactions remain in good standing\nReevaluates existing Credit lines on the customer base annually or as directed\nPerforms reconciliation to the General Ledger as it relates to customer receivables\nCalculates various accounting ratios to assist with credit analysis\nHandles Letters of Credit in addition to tracking and resolving issues arising from International shipments\nAssists with bank and client audits\nData Management\nManages and resolves error codes for accounts and transactions\nReviews allowance for bad debt, write-offs, bankruptcy\nProvides analysis of accounts, KPI's, target variances, and associated plans of action\nExperience:\nMinimum 5 years' experience in Accounting, Collections, Customer Service and/or Credit desirable\nAssociate degree desirable but not required\nCredit Association certifications desirable but not required\nGeneral Bankruptcy Law code desirable\nMust be able to negotiate payment terms most favorable to TDW while maintaining customer loyalty\nExcellent communication skills required\nStrong Excel experience required\nStrong sense of responsibility\nPositive attitude and customer service mindset in collections\nAbility to exercise tact and discretion when handling confidential information required\nNatural sense of urgency, self-starter, and results-oriented","description_format":"text","description_chars":2599,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-01T09:30:28Z"}],"liveness":{"score":70,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.744,"p_room":0.945,"age_days":8,"expected_fill_days":24,"reasons":["conf:11","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T20:38:39Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/t-d-williamson-supervisor-credit","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/t-d-williamson-supervisor-credit.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T20:38:39Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3061,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1939,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
