development.\nDrive production reliability, availability, and performance across critical applications, targeting 99.9% system availability.\nEstablish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets.\nLead major incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), blameless post-mortems, and remediation initiatives to reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Recover (MTTR).\nDesign and implement observability frameworks using metrics, logs, and traces to improve system monitoring and troubleshooting.\nDrive automation and self-healing capabilities to minimize manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.\nEstablish production readiness reviews, change management practices, release controls, on-call procedures, runbooks, and operational playbooks.\nPartner with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to improve application reliability, software delivery practices, and lower-environment stability throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nOversee capacity planning, performance baselining, and scalability initiatives to ensure robust and sustainable production environments.\nCommunicate production health metrics, incident status, and improvement plans to senior technology and business stakeholders.\nCollaborate with regional leadership to oversee third-party service providers, operational governance, and service performance.\nWhat We're Looking For\n10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), platform engineering, or production operations.\n5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role or as a senior individual contributor.\nStrong expertise in application troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and memory debugging.\nExperience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK Stack, Kibana, or Application Insights.\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.\nExperience managing production-critical environments, incident response, and service reliability.\nStrong understanding of automation, performance optimization, application availability, and operational best practices.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior technology and business leaders.\nAdvanced analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.\nA proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to mentoring and continuous improvement.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services, including PaaS and identity management solutions such as Active Directory and Azure AD.\nFamiliarity with AI technologies and their application in improving system reliability and operational performance.\nExperience in regulated or high-compliance industries.\nKnowledge of chaos
