Están construyendo una plataforma moderna con mentalidad AI-first, y buscan perfiles operativos con fuerte criterio analítico, velocidad de ejecución y ganas reales de crecer dentro del mundo B2B SaaS.\nSi te motiva trabajar con sistemas, data y automatización, y quieres desarrollar una carrera sólida en Marketing Operations dentro de un ambiente internacional y orientado a impacto, este rol es para ti.\n¿Qué harás en esta posición?\nSerás parte clave del motor go-to-market, apoyando al Marketing Operations Lead en la operación diaria de los sistemas que impulsan generación de demanda, pipeline y crecimiento:\nConstruir, desplegar, testear y optimizar campañas de email, nurtures y workflows en Marketo (usando IA para acelerar setup, QA y troubleshooting).\nCrear y mantener forms, landing pages y listas de segmentación.\n\nGestionar cargas de leads desde eventos, partners y proveedores hacia Marketo, Salesforce y Outreach, usando flujos de validación y enriquecimiento con IA.\nApoyar la configuración y optimización de secuencias outbound en Outreach.\nUsar herramientas de IA para reducir trabajo manual manteniendo altos estándares de calidad.\nDar soporte a reglas de routing y asignación (ej. Chili Piper / Salesforce), actuando como human-in-the-loop para validar acciones impulsadas por IA.\nDocumentar procesos y SOPs de Marketing Ops.\nColaborar activamente en la mejora continua del stack y procesos de Marketing Operations.\n¿Qué deberías tener previamente?\n2 a 4 años de experiencia en Marketing Operations, Demand Gen Ops o roles similares en B2B.\nExperiencia práctica con Marketo (o HubSpot / Pardot).\n\nConocimiento funcional de Salesforce CRM.\nUso real de herramientas de IA para mejorar velocidad y eficiencia operativa.\nDominio de Excel / Google Sheets para manejo de data.\n\nComprensión del funnel B2B y lifecycle de leads.\nAlta atención al detalle y capacidad de manejar múltiples tareas.\nComunicación clara y colaborativa.\nInglés intermedio avanzado: B2+ a C1\nBackground ideal en compañías orientadas a SaaS o producto digital.\nPlus (nice to have)\nExperiencia con Outreach, Salesloft o similares.\n\nHerramientas de routing (Chili Piper, LeanData, Calendly).\n\nData enrichment (Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit).\n\nExperiencia en entornos de alta velocidad GTM.\n\nCompetencias deseadas\nMentalidad analítica y data-driven.\nVelocidad de ejecución y
