The company is currently looking for an Integration Technical Lead to join its team in Bogotá, Colombia.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead technical teams throughout software integration and deployment initiatives, providing technical guidance, ownership, and support during the entire project lifecycle.\n\nAct as the primary technical point of contact for integration, deployment, and DevOps-related topics across multiple projects.\n\nDrive key technical decisions impacting delivery, solution quality, operational stability, and project costs.\n\nCollaborate closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.\n\nParticipate in client-facing technical workshops, alignment sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n\nLead production deployments and release activities, ensuring minimal risk, high availability, and operational stability.\n\nDefine and implement software integration strategies, deployment methodologies, and operational best practices.\n\nDesign, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to support automated software delivery.\n\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts in Linux environments to streamline deployment and operational processes.\n\nIntegrate, deploy, and support SOAP and REST APIs, ensuring security, performance, scalability, and version control.\n\nWork with microservices-based architectures, focusing on observability, resiliency, security, and automated deployments.\n\nSupport software industrialization initiatives through non-functional testing, including load, stress, and resilience testing.\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, installation guides, and operational manuals.\n\nMentor and support technical team members on integration, DevOps, and operational best practices.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\nProven experience leading technical teams and managing complex software integration projects.\n\nStrong experience working with Linux environments and Shell scripting.\n\nSolid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.\n\nExperience with application servers and frameworks such as WildFly, Spring Boot, ESB, Node.js, or similar technologies.\n\nHands-on experience with API integration and web services (SOAP and REST).\n\nStrong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nExperience working with microservices architectures and production deployment processes.\n\nKnowledge of software architecture, infrastructure security, and load balancing is highly valued.\n\nLinux and/or Kubernetes certifications are a plus.\n\nExperience working under Agile methodologies (Scrum).\n\nStrong communication skills with both technical teams and client stakeholders.\n\nAdvanced English is required.\n\nCompensation &
