We are looking for a Technical Leader to provide technical direction and guidance to development teams across multiple service lines. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with solution design, software architecture, Cloud technologies, DevOps/DevSecOps, observability, and application security. Working closely with developers, testers, architects, designers, and IT leaders, you will ensure that technology solutions meet business needs, technical standards, security requirements, and quality expectations while promoting engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams across multiple applications and service lines.
• Review software designs and proposed solutions, identifying technical alternatives to ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and quality.
• Support the design, development, integration, deployment, and modernization of enterprise applications.
• Work with .NET, C#, Angular, Web APIs, REST/SOAP services, and SQL Server environments.
• Contribute to Cloud initiatives involving Azure services, application deployments, migrations, authentication, storage, and cloud-based solutions.
• Promote DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, application onboarding, and development team enablement.
• Drive application observability and performance monitoring through tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics, supporting transaction tracing, logging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support application security initiatives, including vulnerability management, static code analysis, security scanning, and penetration testing activities.
• Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and infrastructure teams to strengthen software quality and testing practices.
• Support technical onboarding by facilitating application and repository mapping and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Evaluate new technologies, modernization opportunities, and AI-powered development tools to improve engineering practices and delivery efficiency.
• Help resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring alignment with business requirements, client expectations, and organizational standards.

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in software development, technical leadership, software architecture, or engineering leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of .NET, C#, Angular, JavaScript, Web APIs, REST/SOAP, and SQL Server.
• Experience with enterprise application development, solution design, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application implementations, migrations, deployments, and services.
• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application support.
• Familiarity with observability and application performance monitoring tools, particularly Dynatrace and/or AppDynamics.
• Knowledge of application security, vulnerability identification, static analysis, security scanning, and penetration testing.
• Experience working with software testing, quality assurance, infrastructure, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate alternatives and address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams across different technical disciplines.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical expertise with leadership, mentoring, and strategic technical decision-making.
• Advanced or fluent English is required to collaborate effectively with regional and international stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a Cloud Engineer or in Azure architecture and implementation.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, web servers, infrastructure configuration, and application deployment environments.
• Exposure to AI-powered development tools and emerging technologies in software engineering.
• Experience in application modernization, migrations, and large-scale software development projects.
• Experience supporting diverse technical teams, including full-time employees and contractors.
