applications.\nWork with .NET, C#, Angular, Web APIs, REST/SOAP services, and SQL Server environments.\nContribute to Cloud initiatives involving Azure services, application deployments, migrations, authentication, storage, and cloud-based solutions.\nPromote DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, application onboarding, and development team enablement.\nDrive application observability and performance monitoring through tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics, supporting transaction tracing, logging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\nSupport application security initiatives, including vulnerability management, static code analysis, security scanning, and penetration testing activities.\nCollaborate with development, QA, architecture, and infrastructure teams to strengthen software quality and testing practices.\nSupport technical onboarding by facilitating application and repository mapping and ensuring compliance with established procedures.\nEvaluate new technologies, modernization opportunities, and AI-powered development tools to improve engineering practices and delivery efficiency.\nHelp resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring alignment with business requirements, client expectations, and organizational standards.\nWhat We're Looking For\nSolid experience in software development, technical leadership, software architecture, or engineering leadership.\nStrong technical knowledge of .NET, C#, Angular, JavaScript, Web APIs, REST/SOAP, and SQL Server.\nExperience with enterprise application development, solution design, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and technical documentation.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application implementations, migrations, deployments, and services.\nExperience with DevOps/DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application support.\nFamiliarity with observability and application performance monitoring tools, particularly Dynatrace and/or AppDynamics.\nKnowledge of application security, vulnerability identification, static analysis, security scanning, and penetration testing.\nExperience working with software testing, quality assurance, infrastructure, and cross-functional technical teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate alternatives and address complex technical challenges.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams across different technical disciplines.\nAbility to balance hands-on technical expertise with leadership, mentoring, and strategic technical decision-making.\nAdvanced or fluent English is required to collaborate effectively with regional and international stakeholders.\nNice to Have\nExperience as a Cloud Engineer or in Azure architecture and implementation.\nFamiliarity with Windows Server, web servers, infrastructure configuration, and application deployment environments.\nExposure to AI-powered development tools and emerging technologies in software engineering.\nExperience in application modernization,
