A successful candidate will be ready to jump into action, working closely with experts across the legal department and business partners to provide practical, strategic legal guidance and design and implement creative, simple solutions to address complex legal and technological challenges.\nThe Corporate Counsel - Network Operations serves as a trusted legal advisor supporting T-Mobile's network teams who ensure the network is operational, resilient, and trustworthy. This role provides strategic counsel on telecommunication laws and regulations impacting network operations, including transmission requirements, network reliability, outage reporting, disaster preparedness and recovery, STIR/SHAKEN, Know Your Customer, and the Robocall Mitigation Database, while partnering closely with cross-functional business teams to enable compliant, customer-focused innovation.
