This position partners closely with senior leadership, business unit leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth while ensuring strong financial controls and regulator awareness.Key Responsibilities:\nLead financial planning processes including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range strategic planning.\nDevelop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and new products.\nAnalyze financial results, key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances, clearly communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.\nSupport profitability and cost management initiatives by identifying trends, risks and opportunities across financial services portfolio.\nPartner with business leaders to provide decision support for revenue growth, expense optimization, capital allocation and risk management.\nPrepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting packages/\nSupport regulator, compliance, and audit requirements by ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strong financial controls.\nImprove FP&A processes, tools and reporting through automation and best practices.\nCollaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Risk and other Finance teams to ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts and strategic objectives.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.\n5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably supporting Financial Services, i.e. Credit Cards.\nAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).\nExcellent communication and business partnering skills.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nExperience in developing and presenting business cases.\nStrong quantitative skills including knowledge of Data-base environments (MS SQL Server) \nDeep understanding of financial services operations and financial regulations.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting regulated financial products or services.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment\nStrong Analytical and technical skills, i.e. Power BI, SQL,\nAt least 18 years of age\nLegally authorized to work in the United States\nTravel:\nTravel Required (Yes/No): No\nDOT Regulated:\nDOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No\nSafety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No\nBase Pay Range: $86,300 - $155,700Corporate Bonus Target: 15%\nThe pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role.
