development practices, including team structure, engineering processes, tooling, security, and compliance.\nOversee technical vendor relationships to influence roadmap decisions, system capabilities, and alignment with technical and business requirements.\nRecruit, hire, and onboard qualified engineers to strengthen team capabilities and meet evolving project demands.\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between engineering delivery, business needs, and technology strategy.\nHands-on improvements items, code reviews and technical assistance\nPerform other duties and projects as assigned by business management.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.\nEducational background in computer science or a computer programming-related field.\n4-7 years of experience working in an analytics and business intelligence development environment.\nExperience leading or supervising software engineering teams, including performance management and delivery accountability.\nStrong ability to balance people leadership, technical \nExperience leading Agile/Scrum teams across mixed technology stacks (Java or C/C++) supporting mission-critical telecom billing platforms such as Samson.\nDomain knowledge of telecom billing systems (rating, charging, invoicing, financial integrations) with a focus on high availability and operational stability,\nDemonstrated success delivering incremental modernization of legacy platforms while maintaining SLA, SOX, and production reliability requirements,\nProven ability to partner with vendors, product, and architecture teams to influence technical roadmaps and align delivery with business outcomes.\nExperience driving engineering excellence through modern DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, code quality, security, and documentation standards in regulated environments.\nSkills\nBI,
