highly innovative and complex projects.\n\nFacilitate security KPI’s reporting.\n\nEnsure that Cybersecurity risks are identified and successfully mitigated.\n\nPlan Cybersecurity budget.\n\nImplement and maintain of Cybersecurity systems within given budget.\n\nLead security assessment and ensure support for new business initiatives.\n\nCooperate with international stakeholders within Deutsche Telekom Group.\n\nEnsure healthy relationships between stakeholders.\n\nWhat skills will be appreciated?\n5+ years experience in a Cybersecurity.\n\nMaster’s degree in Cybersecurity, Telecommunication, IT Engineering, Electronics or technical field.\n\nEffective communication skills \n\nEnglish language proficiency in speaking and writing at B2 level\n\nExperience in working in a complex and multi-national environment.\n\nExperience with Zero Trust Architecture concepts in a complex enterprise environment.\n\nDemonstrated experience with three or more IT security areas such as: Network security, Vulnerability management, Identity and access management, Penetration testing, Cloud security, Data security, Web App security, Forensic.\n\nDemonstrated experience in defining and executing of the Cybersecurity strategy.\n\nExperience in delivering and creating complex security products for demanding customers.\n\nProven experience in designing a threat modeling process.\n\nPractical knowledge of NIST, uKSC, ISO27001.\n\nVery good presentation skills.\n\nA collaborative, solution-focused approach.\n\nNice to have:\nSecurity certification such as: CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, CRISC, SANS MGT514 etc.\n\nProject Management experience from project kick-off to project completion.\n\nWorking with Agile Methodologies.\n\nNegotiation skills.\n\nTech
