The ideal candidate will combine product ownership experience with deep knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and SQL-based analysis, working closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-quality data solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role involves defining, refining, and prioritizing user stories while maintaining the technical integrity of features for one or two Agile teams. Success is measured by the quality and readiness of user stories, sprint velocity, and effective coordination of dependencies. The work directly impacts the delivery of product features and the overall productivity of Agile teams within the organization.\n\nResponsibilities: \n\nBusiness and Technical Execution:\nBuild and prioritize the Agile team backlog of a data-focused and analytics-heavy domain, maintaining two iterations of ready user stories and related work items, prioritizing based on business value, technical dependencies, and risk to support consistent and predictable delivery.\nPartner with Agile teams and stakeholders in the U. S. and India to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and test conditions that ensure features are scalable, consistent, and aligned with product governance and quality standards.\nEvaluate integration requests for feasibility, scalability, reusability, and alignment to platform standards.\nValidate complete user stories to ensure it meets acceptance criteria, quality expectations, and readiness for deployment.\nAlign with peer Product Owners during planning increments and sprint planning to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery of HR Insights features.\nEnsure the Agile team has clear documentation of system interfaces, data flows, and support processes.\nAlso responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's Degree (required).\n2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar roles in Agile software development.\nTechnology: data modeling, pipelines, architecture, and warehousing, APIs, Snowflake, SQL, Azure Cloud platform, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.\nData Management: Exposure to business intelligence tools (e. g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data governance, and security compliance (e. g, encryption).\nProduct Management: Experience with Jira and Airtable.\nTechnical Writing: Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills, including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.\n\nMust Have Skills: \nRequirements and Backlog management, data-informed decision making, leadership soft skills, and integrations background.
