Success is measured by delivery of high-quality platform capabilities that meet business objectives, achieve customer satisfaction, and maintain strong technical performance and operational reliability.\n\nResponsibilities: \nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle by defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and technical goals.\nTranslate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, managing and prioritising the product backlog for Agile development teams.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate releases and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.\nMonitor product performance and quality in production, addressing defects and driving continuous improvement.\nEnsure product quality by partnering with QA to review and validate test coverage for critical billing, payment, and end-of-day workflows.\nPerform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.\nAcademic background in computer science, engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience.\n5+ years of product management experience in an Agile software development environment.\n4+ years of hands-on experience in technical writing, solution engineering, software development, or technical architecture within large-scale platforms.\nStrong ability to balance business priorities, technical feasibility, and operational risk.\n\nMust Have Skills: \nAgile and Scrum Methodologies (Product Owner, Backlog Management, Scrum Practices)\nTechnical Writing and Requirements Elicitation\nAgile Project and Backlog Management Tools (e. g., JIRA)\nCross-functional collaboration and successive elaboration (Initiatives, Features, User Stories)\nProduct and Project Leadership for large-scale, complex initiatives\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication\nPlatform-level technical understanding (APIs, integrations, performance, architecture)\nAnalytical and data-driven decision-making skills\nExperience using GitLab, SQL, and data analysis tools\nWorking knowledge of Java, C, C++, or Oracle PL/SQL;
