T-Rex is looking for a fully cleared Linux System Administrator 2 to work on a program in the Fort Meade, Maryland area in support of the Intelligence Community. Responsibilities: Work in an environment where you can help design the architecture and develop solutions to meet organizational needs. Looking for an innovative, motivated individual to join a small, talented, and hardworking Linux team in a hybrid cloud environment. This team creates, maintains, and troubleshoots Linux instances on multiple networks, in multiple architectures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Linux administration and scripting automation experience. Knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies is a plus. Must work well in a small team setting, have a desire to automate processes where possible, and a willingness to think outside the box to find solutions. Required skills: Linux administration experience including configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, etc. Experience deploying COTS/FOSS services on Linux systems Experience creating, debugging, and implementing Bash, Python, Puppet, and/or Ansible automation scripts Experience working with diverse teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues Self-motivated
