Rowe Price is seeking an experienced Client Experience Analyst to support the PCS Advisor digital experience and the PCS team technology workflow. This role will assist in the support, discovery, development, and implementation of the PCS Advisor experience and the internal PCS team roadmap.\nThe Analyst will analyze data and digital operations to identify areas of opportunity, determine technical requirements, and consult with internal and external partners to enable the organization with solutions that drive business results. The analyst will take an end-to-end client view, ensuring experiences align with overall business strategy, and deliver a consistent client experience across all touchpoints through testing, and optimization. Demonstrate a high degree of judgment; negotiate regularly with creative, technology and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.\nLeverage client insights to recommend enhanced processes, reports, tools, etc., for improving effectiveness. This role will join a team of product owners, analysts, developers, and designers utilizing an Agile methodology, to launch features from research and discovery to development and delivery. The Product Analyst is a data/tech SME with a deep understanding of business goals who supports our delivery process, including planning, delivery, execution, and troubleshooting, as well as collaborates cross-functionally in our agile team during our discovery and design phases to enhance our deliverables to bring solutions to life.\nResponsibilities\nServes as a product owner for assigned digital products and initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements and prioritize enhancements.\nWork closely with an agile development team throughout product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user story development, backlog prioritization, testing, deployment and post-launch support.\nProvides support to deliver solutions including working with cross-functional support teams: marketing, technology, and design associates.\nLeverage data, analytics, AI capabilities, user feedback and research to identify opportunities and recommend enhancements that support business objectives. \nPlans with team members to ensure a strategic, complementary release schedule and works with product owner to identify necessary operational changes stemming from a release.\nResearches a variety of activities, dependencies, gaps, or other critical items that are relevant to assigned projects. Completes data collection and documentation as it relates to projects and identifies issue resolution. Coordinates business resources across the firm needed to complete standard projects.\nSupports specific initiatives that help meet key performance indicators, operational efficiencies, or nondiscretionary compliance projects.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND\nProfessional experience in product management, digital experience management or related field\nUnderstanding of generative AI, large language models, agentic workflows and AI enabled business models and experiences\n2+ years of total relevant work experience.\nPreferred:\nStrategic thinker & problem-solver with proven ability to understand details & actively execute to ensure success.\nExperience with JIRA to manage projects, products and technology development\nAbility to translate and simplify complex business and technical requirements.\nExperience with SQL database queries\nExperience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), inclusive of publishing.\nExperience working in a highly regulated industry. \nStrong negotiation skills and ability to influence decisions.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs\nFINRA Requirements\nFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.\nWork Flexibility\nThis role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.\nBase Salary Ranges\nPlease review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.\n$69,500.00 - $118,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$76,500.00 - $130,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.\n$87,000.00 - $148,000.00 for the location of: New York, California\nPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one componentof our total compensation package.
