This role will lead the design, development, integration, optimization, and support of Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM solutions, with responsibility for scalable integrations, reporting capabilities, custom application development, and enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives.\nResponsibilities\nSolution Architecture and Development: Design and build custom extensions, workflows, and integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Data Hub.\nIntegration and Data Pipelines: Architect secure, scalable integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, and event-driven patterns while supporting data migration, conversion, and reconciliation activities.\nERP and EPM Delivery: Build and enhance Oracle ERP and EPM solutions, including configurations, custom extensions, financial process automation, and integrations across finance, procurement, Financial Data Hub, and enterprise performance management domains.\nReporting and Analytics: Develop and optimize OTBI and BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and data models to support operational reporting, real-time analytics, and business decision-making.\nAPEX Application Development: Design and deliver Oracle APEX applications that improve user experience, automate workflows, and extend Oracle Cloud capabilities.\nTechnical Leadership: Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, implementation planning, and engineering best practices while mentoring developers and promoting reusable frameworks.\nSystem Optimization and Upgrades: Assess Oracle quarterly releases, patches, and roadmap changes, and evaluate impacts on configurations, customizations, and integrations.\nGovernance, Security, and Compliance: Partner with business, audit, and compliance teams to ensure implementations align with SOX, ITGC, data security, RBAC, SSO, OAuth, and segregation of duties requirements.\nProduction Support and Technical Debt Management: Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot complex system and data issues, improve system availability, and manage technical debt.\nProblem Solving and Delivery Ownership: Own end-to-end delivery across design, development, testing, deployment, and support while making sound technical trade-offs with minimal guidance.\nBusiness Knowledge\nApply a strong understanding of finance, procurement, and enterprise business processes within Oracle ERP and EPM ecosystems.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.\nPartner with stakeholders across business and technology teams to drive modernization, automation, and process improvement.\nAligning engineering decisions with business priorities, data integrity, operational efficiency, and enterprise control requirements.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.\n12+ years of combined IT, software engineering, and ERP experience, including 8+ years focused on Oracle Fusion Financials.\nStrong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including orchestration, APIs, integrations, and data flows.\nStrong experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, Financial Data Hub, and related enterprise processes.\nExperience with Oracle EPM solutions such as FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, TRCS, and EDMCS.\nExperience developing OTBI and BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and data models.\nOracle APEX application development experience.\nExpertise in end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and Agile delivery models.\nExperience designing integration architectures, data flows, APIs, and secure connectivity across enterprise systems.\nStrong skills in data modeling, debugging, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, lead workstreams, and serve as a technical expert within the team.\nPreferred:\nExposure to AI/ML-driven solutions, enterprise copilots, and agent-based workflows that improve automation, reporting, and decision support.\nExperience with multi-cloud and hybrid architecture patterns across OCI, AWS, Azure, and enterprise integration environments.\nExpertise in integration frameworks, including REST/SOAP APIs, SOA, file-based integrations, middleware patterns, and third-party SaaS integrations.\nProficiency in financial processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Financial Close, Reconciliation, Subledger Accounting, and Source-to-Pay workflows.\nExperience with performance tuning, data optimization, large-scale data migrations, and DevOps practices such as CI/CD, Git, and automated deployments.\nFamiliarity with security and compliance concepts, including RBAC, OAuth, SSO, SOX, audit controls, and segregation of duties.\nExperience working in large, cross-functional enterprise environments with distributed teams.\nAbility to influence architecture decisions, drive reusable frameworks, standardize enterprise solutions, and mentor engineers.\nFINRA Requirements \nFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role \nWork Flexibility \nThis role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home\nBase Salary Ranges\nPlease review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.\n$145,000.00 - $247,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$159,000.00 - $272,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.\n$181,000.00 - $309,000.00 for the location of: New York, California\nPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.
