Key outputs include print collateral, digital and social content, presentations, event materials, data visualizations, and animation.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable prototyping and using AI-enabled tools to solve design challenges and improve how marketing materials are created. Focus areas could include graphic arts, digital media, motion design, data visualization, creative technology, video post-production, or experience design.\nResponsibilities\nAligns with stakeholders on project requirements and goals before work begins.\nParticipates in creative meetings including kickoffs and brainstorming sessions.\nApplies intermediate knowledge of design theory (typography, color, balance, scale) and creative technologies and tools to create multimedia collateral.\nUnderstands the audience segments for an assigned marketing campaign; tailors design to elicit the desired reaction/response.\nPresents ideas, seeks feedback from peers and senior colleagues, and incorporates that feedback into designed materials.\nIdentifies opportunities to use new tools and workflows, including generative AI, to improve design quality and efficiency.\nDevelops or contributes to motion and animation solutions for digital communications, presentations and other appropriate channels.\nConsiders accessibility requirements and print/production needs when developing creative solutions and files.\nApplies brand and style guidelines to ensure design consistency.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND\n2+ years of total relevant work experience.\nPreferred:\n2+ years of design experience in financial services, including digital campaigns and marketing communications.\nStrong visual design skills across print, digital and presentation formats, with demonstrated strength in typography, layout, and information design.\nExperience working within established brands and design systems while developing thoughtful custom creative solutions.\nExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Figma.\n**Design samples should be submitted when applying**\nFINRA Requirements\nFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.\nWork Flexibility\nThis role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.\nBase Salary Ranges\nPlease review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.\n$69,500.00 - $118,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$76,500.00 - $130,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.\n$87,000.00 - $148,000.00 for the location of: New York, California\nPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one componentof our total compensation package.
