The role requires strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, Accounts Payable processes, stakeholder management, and team coordination.\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end testing, managing process documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring high-quality delivery of projects and process improvements. Strong communication skills in English and German are highly preferred.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess Management & Project Leadership\nLead and manage Accounts Payable process initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement activities.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.\nMonitor project progress, manage risks, provide status updates, and drive issue resolution.\nAct as a key contact between business users, IT teams, developers, and external stakeholders.\nSupport automation and AI-driven process improvement initiatives within SAP environments.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nDesign and develop business-oriented test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements and user stories.\nExecute functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing across SAP systems.\nManage testing activities using Jira, Xray, and Confluence.\nEnsure complete traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and test results.\nIdentify, document, track, and coordinate defect resolution activities.\nSAP Process Expertise\nServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Accounts Payable processes.\nAnalyze impacts of SAP changes, enhancements, and system upgrades.\nSupport Procurement and Banking process integrations impacting AP operations.\nWork closely with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori application teams to ensure process consistency and quality.\nDocumentation & Governance\nMaintain process documentation, SOPs, process maps, and testing artifacts.\nUpdate internal guidelines and governance documents for system and process changes.\nEnsure compliance with organizational standards and testing methodologies.\nTeam Coordination\nCoordinate testing teams, project workstreams, and business stakeholders.\nFacilitate workshops, review meetings, and project discussions.\nProvide guidance and mentoring to junior team members when required.\nEnsure effective communication across global and multicultural teams.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nFunctional Skills\nStrong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) processes within SAP environments.\nGood understanding of Procurement (P2P) and Banking process dependencies.\nExperience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori Applications.\nStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.\nEnd-to-end business process understanding and process improvement capabilities.\nTools & Technologies\nJira\nXray\nConfluence\nSAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA\nSAP Fiori\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nProject & Leadership Skills\nProject management and coordination experience.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nTeam coordination and collaboration capabilities.\nAnalytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nExperience working in global environments.\nLanguage Skills\nEnglish - Mandatory\n German - Mandatory / Strongly Preferred (B2/C1 level or above)\nPreferred Qualifications\nISTQB Certification.\nExperience in SAP automation testing.\nKnowledge of Python, JavaScript, Bash, or similar scripting languages.\nExperience with API testing tools.\nExposure to Microsoft Azure.\nExperience with AI-enabled process optimization and automation solutions.\nKey Focus Areas\nAccounts Payable (Primary Focus)\nProcurement Process Integration\nBanking Process Integration\nSAP Testing & Quality Assurance\nSAP S/4HANA Transformation Initiatives\nProcess Governance & Documentation\nStakeholder and Team Coordination\nContinuous Improvement & Automation\n Please Note: Fraudulent job postings/job scams are increasingly common.
