The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration, S/4HANA migrations, HANA upgrades, and public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, proposal development, customer presentations, and solution defense during the sales lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine end-to-end SAP solutions for customer transformation and migration programs.\nDesign and architect SAP S/4HANA migration and greenfield implementation solutions.\nLead pre-sales activities, including solution estimation, proposal preparation, and effort sizing.\nSupport RFP/RFI responses and participate in customer workshops and discovery sessions.\nPrepare and deliver solution presentations, oral submissions, and defend proposed solutions with customers.\nCollaborate with sales, delivery, and consulting teams to create winning proposals.\nAssess existing SAP landscapes and recommend modernization strategies.\nDesign SAP deployment architectures on public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nProvide technical guidance on SAP BASIS administration, cloud migration, HANA upgrades, and SAP infrastructure optimization.\nWork closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nOverall 6 to 9 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP BASIS.\nHands-on experience in SAP Public Cloud Migration, SAP HANA Upgrades, and SAP S/4HANA environments.\nCertification in SAP on Azure, AWS, or GCP is mandatory.\nMinimum 2+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales Solution Architect role.\nProven experience in S/4HANA migration, system conversion, brownfield, and greenfield implementation scenarios.\nStrong understanding of SAP architecture, BASIS administration, landscape design, and system management.\nExperience in solution definition, effort estimation, and architecture from a pre-sales perspective.\nPrior experience in SAP consulting and delivery engagements.\nExposure to SAP solution offerings across multiple modules at an enterprise architecture level.\nStrong understanding of cloud-based SAP deployment models and migration strategies.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience across multiple public cloud platforms.\nKnowledge of SAP RISE, SAP BTP, and SAP cloud transformation offerings.\nExperience working on large-scale enterprise transformation programs.\nStrong commercial acumen and proposal management experience.\nSuccess Profile\nTrack record of successful pre-sales engagement for opportunities ranging from $1M to $50M.\nExperience preparing and delivering customer presentations, solution walkthroughs, and oral defenses.\nAbility to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and influence decision-making.\nStrong problem-solving, consulting, and solutioning capabilities.\n Please Note: Fraudulent job postings/job scams are increasingly common.
