The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Security, Fiori Security, SAP GRC Access Control, and IT SOX Audit support. The role requires managing SAP security operations, role design, user access governance, compliance controls, and audit support activities across enterprise SAP landscapes.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, maintain, and support SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP environments.\nManage user administration activities, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and role assignments.\nSupport implementation, enhancement, and troubleshooting of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori Security.\nPerform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, risk assessment, and access risk remediation using SAP GRC Access Control.\nAssist with IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX compliance audits by preparing audit evidence, documentation, and control testing support.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve authorization and security-related issues.\nSupport security governance, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.\nEnsure adherence to organizational security standards, policies, and compliance requirements.\nParticipate in security reviews, access certification activities, and periodic user access audits.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nSAP S/4HANA Security\nSAP Fiori Security\nSAP GRC Access Control\nIT SOX / ITGC Audit Support\n\nStrong expertise in:\nSAP Role Design and Authorization Concepts\nUser Access Management\nSegregation of Duties (SoD) Analysis\nCompliance and Risk Controls\n\nGood understanding of SAP security best practices and governance frameworks.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP Security and/or SAP GRC Certification.\nExperience working in large-scale enterprise SAP environments.\nExposure to complex SAP landscapes and transformation projects, including S/4HANA implementations and migrations.\nKey Competencies\nSecurity Governance and Compliance\nRisk Assessment and Mitigation\nAccess Management and Role Administration\nAudit and Regulatory Compliance Support\nStakeholder Collaboration\nProblem Solving and Analytical Thinking\nEffective Communication and Documentation\n Please Note: Fraudulent job postings/job scams are increasingly common.
