This is a hands-on role for someone early in their procurement career who thrives on precision, follow-through, and the kind of flawless administrative discipline that keeps a high-volume manufacturing operation supplied and on schedule.\nYou’ll own purchase order execution, ERP data integrity, shipment tracking, and invoice reconciliation across our renewables portfolio. If you’re detail-obsessed, comfortable in the weeds of supply chain operations, and eager to build a career in solar procurement at a company that’s scaling fast, this role is for you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nIssue, execute, and track standard Purchase Orders for PV cells, modules, and component-level systems up to $15M under pre-vetted pricing frameworks.\n\nMonitor daily international and domestic freight statuses, partnering with port agents and logistics coordinators to flag potential delivery delays before they become problems.\n\nMaintain flawless data integrity within the corporate ERP (SAP/Oracle), ensuring material prices, lead times, and arrival windows are updated daily.\n\nAudit and reconcile physical receipts and Bills of Lading against supplier invoices and original PO parameters through three-way matching before submitting to Accounts Payable.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for routine account managers at Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers regarding shipping schedules and material documentation.\n\nWho You Are\nExceptionally detail-oriented: you treat data accuracy as non-negotiable and nothing slips past you.\n\nOrganized and process-minded, with a habit of closing the loop on every transaction.\n\nComfortable navigating ERP workflows and confident working with data in Excel.\n\nA clear, reliable communicator who keeps suppliers and internal teams aligned.\n\nEager to learn the solar supply chain from the ground up and grow in the field.\n\nCalm and dependable under the pace of a high-volume manufacturing environment.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, an engineering discipline, or equivalent experience in solar procurement.\n\n1-3 years of direct experience in manufacturing procurement, logistics operations, or project purchasing.\n\nFoundational knowledge of ERP workflows and intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data sorting).\n\nBasic familiarity with renewable energy technologies or the core components of a solar PV layout is heavily preferred.\n\nThe T1 Way\nWe move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect.
