Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Inventory Control Associate will maintain precise, real-time inventory compliance, manage stock optimization, and assist with general warehouse operations to support our fast-paced manufacturing facility.\nWhat You’ll Do\nKeep inventory system data accurate and manage real-time updates within the WMS and ERP software.\n\nProcess, pack, and ship orders accurately while ensuring all staging timelines are met.\n\nRestock and maintain an organized inventory of orders as needed to optimize space and operational efficiency.\n\nInspect incoming and outgoing items for defects or damages, and report discrepancies as required.\n\nPrepare items securely for shipping, including wrapping, labeling, and palletizing.\n\nStrict adherence to all company warehouse procedures, safety measures, and government regulatory compliance.\n\nPerform other operational and cross-functional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.\n\nWho You Are\nPossess strong inventory skills, high attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nExcellent working knowledge of warehouse data systems and standard inventory control methods.\n\nAbility to work flexible schedules, including either day or night shift operations.\n\nDemonstrate strong physical stamina and dexterity for work involving standing, walking, lifting, and moving heavy loads regularly.\n\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nAt least 1 year of hands-on experience in a relevant warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.\n\nExperience utilizing ERP and WMS platforms, with proficient general computer skills.\n\nProven ability to adhere to employer, local, and government safety regulations (OSHA).\n\nThe T1 Way\nWe move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect.
