Under the direction of the Planning/Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for executing the established production plan, coordinating material flow to production lines, generating serial numbers, maintaining production planning records, and monitoring production progress to ensure compliance with production requirements.\nWhat You’ll Do\nExecute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on established schedules, production capacity, and material availability.\n\nCoordinate the delivery of cell pallets to production lines according to production requirements.\n\nGenerate and manage serial numbers for manufacturing orders.\n\nCommunicate effectively with Production, Quality, and Process teams to ensure compliance with the established production plan.\n\nMonitor production progress and adjust production priorities according to the approved production plan and forecast requirements.\n\nMonitor production progress and implement production plan changes according to forecast requirements.\n\nMaintain accurate production planning records, including pallet information, cell quantities, module output, efficiency, and other production data.\n\nSupport production optimization and continuous improvement activities as needed.\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\n\nWho You Are\nAn organized coordinator with strong communication and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.\n\nA detail-oriented analyst capable of managing data under pressure and working independently to resolve scheduling conflicts.\n\nAn adaptable team player who can easily adjust to changing shift schedules and evolving production needs.\n\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or higher, and relevant experience is preferred.\n\nPrior experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment (preferably electronics, solar, or light industrial).\n\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\n\nStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\n\nDetail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently under pressure.\n\nAbility to adapt to shift schedules and work in a fast-paced, evolving production\n\nWorking Conditions\nWork is performed primarily in a manufacturing plant environment.\n\nMay be required to stand or walk for extended periods.\n\nMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs.\n\nPossess the visual acuity required for extensive computer work, data entry, and schedule monitoring.\n\nFrequent use of computer systems, including data entry and schedule monitoring.\n\nMust have visual acuity to prepare reports, analyze data, and read production schedules.\n\nThe T1 Way\nWe move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect.
