We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy.\nThe Role\nT1 Energy is looking to hire an Executive Administrator to support our Engineering team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a technical environment and knows how to keep complex teams organized, aligned, and moving. You'll be embedded with a team of engineers who are building something that matters, and your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks while they do it.\nThis role is ideal for someone early in their administrative career who has a background in engineering, a curiosity for how things are built, or hands-on experience supporting technical teams. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to speak the language well enough to keep up.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide day-to-day administrative support across the Engineering team, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.\n\nOrganize and maintain engineering documentation, project trackers, reports, and team resources.\n\nCoordinate logistics for team meetings, site visits, workshops, and cross-functional reviews.\n\nAssist with travel arrangements and budget tracking for the team.\n\nServe as a communication hub, routing information, following up on action items, and keeping the right people in the loop.\n\nSupport onboarding for new engineering team members.\n\nPartner with other Executive Admins across the organization to coordinate company-wide initiatives and events.\n\nAnticipate the team's needs and proactively solve problems before they become distraction.\n\nWho You Are\nOrganized to a fault - you live by your to-do list and nothing slips past you.\n\nComfortable in a technical environment and able to hold your own in conversations about engineering projects and priorities.\n\nA self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs doing.\n\nCalm under pressure and adaptable when plans change (and in manufacturing, they do).\n\nA strong communicator who can interface with everyone from engineers on the floor to senior leadership.\n\nA team player with a low ego and a high output.\n\nQualifications\n2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment.\n\nBachelor's degree in an engineering-related field, or equivalent experience supporting engineering or technical teams, is a strong plus.\n\nProficiency with productivity and scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).\n\nExperience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) is a plus.\n\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nThe T1 Way\nWe move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect.
