This includes ensuring accuracy of data in reporting systems, reconciliations, the monthly P&L and reporting, as well as assisting with the preparation of budgets.\nKey responsibilities\nSupport the Finance Manager and wider Finance team to manage financial risk and maintain a strong control framework\nProcess stock billings and DSV invoices, ensuring accuracy through regular reconciliations.\nPerform bank account and balance sheet reconciliations.\nAdminister Airwallex and travel-related accounts, ensuring receipts and documentation are maintained.\nSupport month-end activities, including journal preparation, reconciliations and reporting.\nAssist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and ensure reporting deadlines are met.\nPrepare GST workpapers, ABS surveys and support other statutory reporting requirements.\nAssist with external audits and year-end financial reporting activities.\nMonitor financial controls and help maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data.\nSupport Accounts Payable activities and provide backup coverage when required.\nIdentify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance finance operations.\nLead and support finance-related projects, including sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.\nAbout you\nBachelor's degree in Accounting\nFull or part qualified CA / CPA\n2-3 years' experience in an Assistant Accountant role\nNetSuite experience\nStrong attention to detail and internal control mindset\nAnalytical thinker who can spot trends, solve problems and recommend a way forward\nBuilds great relationships across teams and manages time effectively\nCurious, adaptable and keen to learn\nEffective written and verbal communication\nLife at T2\nEnjoy a 50% discount to spoil yourself, plus endless cups of tea.\nGet recognition and rewards.
