We are looking for a Sr. Software Developer in San Diego, California.\n**Contingent Upon Contract Award**\nSummary\nDesigns, develops, and implements enterprise-grade software solutions supporting FRCSW engineering, logistics, and business systems. Leads full software lifecycle task requirements analysis, architecture, coding, testing, integration, and sustainment. Optimizes performance, resolves advanced defects, and ensures cybersecurity compliance. Mentors development teams, enforces standards, and supports alignment with DoD software engineering practices, including SRDR reporting.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain software solutions supporting logistics and maintenance operations.\nApply software engineering principles to meet performance and cybersecurity requirements.\nCollaborate with system administrators, analysts, and data scientists.\nSupport DevOps, AI/ML, and RPA initiatives for efficiency improvement.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.\n10+ years of software development experience with C#, Python, or .NET.\nFamiliarity with DoD software development and RMF processes.\nMust possess an active Secret Clearance- Required\n This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
