develop scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.\nDefine and drive application architecture, including microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.\nDesign and implement real-time data streaming and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka.\nDevelop RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.\nEstablish architectural standards, design patterns, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.\nEvaluate technology stacks and recommend appropriate tools and frameworks to address business and technical requirements.\nLead architecture reviews, design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.\nIdentify and resolve complex performance, scalability, reliability, and production issues.\nEnsure applications meet security, availability, maintainability, and performance requirements.\nCollaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.\nMentor senior engineers and technical leads while promoting engineering excellence.\nDrive continuous improvement in software development, automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment practices.\n\nRequirements: \nJava: Strong expertise in Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, JVM internals, and performance tuning.\nSpring Ecosystem: Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.\nMicroservices Architecture: Strong experience designing distributed, loosely coupled, scalable, and resilient microservices.\nApache Kafka: Hands-on expertise in Kafka architecture, producers, consumers, partitions, consumer groups, replication, fault tolerance, and event-driven systems.\nSoftware Architecture: Expertise in high-level and low-level design, design patterns, SOLID principles, domain-driven design (DDD), and architectural best practices.\nAPI Development: Experience designing REST APIs and working with API gateways and service integration.\nDatabases: Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL, along with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.\nCloud Technologies: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native application development.\nDevOps and CI/CD: Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated deployment pipelines.\nObservability: Experience with application monitoring, distributed tracing, logging, and performance troubleshooting.\nTesting: Expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.\n14-18 years of overall experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.\nProven experience as a principal engineer, lead architect, technical architect, or equivalent senior engineering role.\nStrong track record of architecting and delivering complex, large-scale Java-based
