experiences.\nResponsibilities:\nProduct Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends in the PEO industry.\nProduct Roadmap: Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and business impact.\nMarket Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.\nRequirements Gathering: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.\nProduct Development: Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to oversee product development and ensure timely, high-quality releases.\nCompetitive Analysis: Analyse competitor products and offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and product improvement.\nProduct Launch: Lead product launches in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.\nPerformance Monitoring: Define key product performance metrics and analyse data to measure product success and identify optimisation opportunities.\nCustomer Feedback: Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, and use customer insights to improve product features and user experience.\nStakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, milestones, priorities, and roadmaps effectively to internal teams and key stakeholders.\nGeneral Responsibilities:\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nComply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.\n3+ years of Product Management experience preferred.\nProven experience as a Product Manager within the PEO industry is preferred.\nDemonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nStrong understanding of PEO services, HR processes, and industry trends.\nDemonstrated ability to develop product strategies and drive products from concept through launch.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong stakeholder management capabilities.\nProven project management and organisational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
