The applicant is expected to have a strong commitment to professional ethical standards, including the ability to handle and protect confidential and sensitive information.Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to\nCalendar management - schedule complex meetings with internal and external parties over various domestic and international time zones\nPlan domestic and international travel itineraries - air, hotel, ground transport\nProcess expense reports using Concur software\nMeeting planning and logistics\nCoordinate executive communications\nWork closely and effectively with the leader to keep him informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately\nAttend business meetings as needed\nAssist senior staff as needed; provide back-up to other executive assistants\nOther administrative duties, special projects and events, as they may arise\nThe successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following\n5+ years, previous experience working for executives in a corporate environment, preferably in a global organization\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, ability to communicate with all levels of staff, senior management, peer administrative personnel\nRequires the highest level of personal integrity, trustworthiness and professional acumen.
