Taaleri Plc is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.\nTrainee, Asset Management\nWe are seeking a part-time Asset Manager trainee (about 15-20 hours per week with flexibility) to join our young, energetic and dynamic Real Estate team in Helsinki. Working closely with our team members, you will gain hands-on experience of the leasing, technical and financial management of our residential and commercial property portfolio. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who shares Taaleri’s values and is eager to contribute to our high-performing team. The position will be based in our Helsinki office.\nKey responsibilities:\nUpdating and reviewing residential and commercial property marketing materials\n\nMonitoring occupancy rates and leasing performance across the portfolio\n\nReviewing rental listings and market data to identify trends and benchmark competitors\n\nSupporting the collection and analysis of operational and technical property data\n\nAssisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting\n\nFollowing up on leasing activities, vacant premises, and broker marketing efforts\n\nPreparing lease-related documentation\n\nCoordinating with property managers and service providers on operational matters\n\nCreating analyses and presentations to support portfolio and asset management activities\n\nKey skills for success:\nPreferably at least a second-year university student in real estate, business, economics or engineering\n\nAny relevant experience in real estate, finance, property management or leasing is beneficial\n\nAnalytical mindset and good Excel skills\n\nGood communication skills and a proactive, well-organised way of working\n\nAbility to work independently\n\nFluent in Finnish and English\n\nWe hope the selected candidate can start as soon as possible, or as mutually agreed.
