This is an ideal position for an individual who understands the Enterprise ecosystem, has existing relationships and is looking to expand their experience to bring new solutions to this market.\nHow you will make 10x impact:\nDefine Taara’s Go To Market and business development strategy for the Enterprise connectivity market.\n\nIdentify key players in the Enterprise market to whom high bandwidth connectivity solutions are critical.\n\nIntroduce and establish Taara's FSO technology as an alternative to fiber or as a redundant path/resilience to fiber for connecting Enterprises.\n\nEstablish strategic partnerships with key players in the Enterprise market, to enable adoption and growth of Taara’s FSO technology in the market.\n\nWhat you should have:\nClear understanding of the US Enterprise Market ecosystem\n\nEstablished relations with key players in the US Enterprise Market\n\nAt least 3 years of business development/partnership experience in the US Enterprise Market.\n\n8+ years of experience in new business development, identifying key partners and establishing successful partnerships (preferably in the Enterprise connectivity segment)\n\nProven track record of initiating and nurturing strategic long term partnerships\n\nExperience in understanding new technology and presenting solutions, highlighting value proposition, to key executive contacts across partner organizations\n\nStrong oral and written communication skills\n\nIt would be great if you also had these:\nSalesforce experience is a plus\n\nExperience in business development/partnerships in the Enterprise Market outside the US\n\nLocation & Compensation:\nThis is a 100% hybrid US based role\n\nRequires 30% to 40% travel in the US\n\nRequires onsite presence in the Sunnyvale office at least 3 days per week.\n\nRelocation assistance can be provided.\n\nThe US salary range for this full-time position is $250,000 - $300,000 (inclusive of a bonus at target) + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
