users and the business.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead product discovery with clients and stakeholders\nTurn unclear ideas into clear product direction\nDefine MVP scope, user flows, features, and success metrics\nWrite user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items\nPartner with UX on user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes\nWork with engineering to clarify scope, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs\nSupport sprint planning, reviews, demos, and product decisions\nHelp teams deliver working software in two-week sprint cycles\nUse feedback and data to improve the product after launch\nIdentify what to build now, what to defer, and what to test first\nCommunicate clearly with clients, leadership, designers, engineers, QA, and DevOps\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3-5 years of product management, business analysis, or software delivery experience\nExperience taking products or features from 0→1\nExperience helping products scale from 1→10\nStrong Agile product delivery experience\nAbility to create structure when requirements are unclear\nStrong client and stakeholder communication skills\nAbility to balance user needs, business goals, and technical tradeoffs\nComfort working with designers, engineers, QA, DevOps, and business teams\nExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, Confluence, or similar tools\nAbility to move fast while keeping teams aligned\n0→1 Experience Means\nYou have helped turn a raw idea into something users can test or use.\nThat may include:\nDefining an MVP\nValidating user needs\nCreating early product
